The cost of photography reflects the huge investment in both expertise and resources required to deliver images you will love. Its more than just taking pictures. Behind every stunning image lies a plethora of expenses, including high-quality equipment such as cameras, lenses, memory chips, strobes/lighting and computers - all essential for capturing and processing images at the highest standard.


Additionally, there are overhead costs like studio space rentals, permits and lease agreements, as well as expenses related to transportation. Editing time is another significant factor that requires the use of multiple expensive editing programs. And let's not forget about insurance, a safeguard against unforeseen circumstances. Each of these elements contributes to the overall cost of photography, reflecting the investment required to deliver unparalleled experience and products.

 

Maternity Package

$500 - 30+ edited images



Congratulations on this amazing milestone. For your maternity session get ready for an hour of pure fun. You'll receive a minimum of 30 beautifully edited images within 10-12 business days. Your photos will be showcased in a private online gallery, perfect for sharing with friends and family. And here is the cherry on top: I'll provide complimentary dresses for you, along with plenty of tips to make sure you're camera-ready.

The newborn package is thoughtfully curated to ensure an easy and unforgettable experience for you and your family. With up to 2 hours of shooting time, I prioritize flexibility for diaper changes, feeds and cuddles. You can expect a minimum of 30+ artistically hand-edited images delivered within 10-12 business days. I offer complimentary designer dresses for moms to wear during the session, as well as outfits for your baby. Your newborn session is best booked before the arrival of your baby to ensure a spot is held for you that month.

Family Package

Professional family photos are time capsules of emotion, with a clarity and depth that your phone cannot replicate.  I will assist you in choosing the perfect outfits and provide a guide to help prepare you and your family for the session. I will also help you find the perfect location. With careful consideration of both optimal lighting conditions and your kids' routines, I'll ensure we pick a time and place that captures beautiful images while keeping everyone comfortable, happy and engaged. I handle all permit and/or studio bookings required for your session.

Milestone Package

$475 - 30+ edited images



Milestone sessions are photographed between 7-11 months old, once your baby can sit up on their own. They are perfect for capturing the last of the baby rolls, giggles and crawls. These images showcase the little baby personality that you have been loving more each passing day while on maternity leave or adjusting to life as a SAHM. I work around your baby's two/three nap schedule to help make things as easy as possible for you.


A cake smash session for a first birthday makes a great companion to the sitter session or newborn gallery. Its like planning a miniature food fight but its worth it for those priceless photos of your little one's first encounter with surgery bliss. Cake smash sessions can be photographed between 11-13 months old at my Danforth studio to accommodate your toddler's unpredictable nap schedule.

What's the best time for a materniy|newborn|sitter or 1st Birthday shoot?
The optimal time for a maternity shoot is between 28-34 weeks. A newborn session should take place between 5-21 days old. Sitter sessions are best when your baby can sit unassisted between 7-10 months old. And a Cake Smash can be photographed just before or just after the first birthday.
do i book a newborn shoot before the baby comes?
Yes, please book your newborn session before the birth of your baby. This allows me to plan ahead and ensure I don't over book that month. I allocate only a specific amount of shoots per month to newborn sessions.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at a beautiful outdoor location or a studio of your choice, I'll provide you with a list my top choices based on your requirements, vetted for aesthetics and beautiful light.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type of shoot. Family portrait sessions typically range from 50min to 1 hour but Newborn sessions can be up to two hours. I strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments while making sure you feel comfortable, relaxed and never rushed.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail over a quick turnaround.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Bring an umbrella! Just kidding. If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I'm flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
